{"id":2201,"date":"2025-08-18T00:52:50","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T00:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.codigouniversal.com.mx\/?p=2201"},"modified":"2025-08-18T00:52:51","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T00:52:51","slug":"infonavit-incrementa-meta-de-construccion-de-viviendas-a-1-millon-200-mil-durante-el-sexenio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.codigouniversal.com.mx\/?p=2201","title":{"rendered":"INFONAVIT INCREMENTA META DE CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE VIVIENDAS A 1 MILL\u00d3N 200 MIL DURANTE EL SEXENIO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chetumal, Quintana Roo, a 15 de agosto de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al participar en la conferencia \u201cLa Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo\u201d, encabezada por la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, desde Chetumal, Quintana Roo, el director general del INFONAVIT, el ingeniero Octavio Romero Oropeza, anunci\u00f3 el incremento en la meta sexenal de construcci\u00f3n de viviendas por parte del Instituto de 500 mil a 1 mill\u00f3n 200 mil durante el sexenio, con el objetivo de beneficiar a un mayor n\u00famero de trabajadores, como parte del programa Vivienda para el Bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a Quintana Roo, inform\u00f3 que ya arranc\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 8 mil 128 viviendas y, antes de que finalice el a\u00f1o, se firmar\u00e1n contratos para iniciar la edificaci\u00f3n de 30 mil casas m\u00e1s; las primeras se entregar\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo mes en los municipios de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco y Playa del Carmen. Detall\u00f3 que en esta entidad existe una gran necesidad de vivienda, ya que hay 815 mil derechohabientes, de los cuales m\u00e1s de la mitad ganan entre uno y dos salarios m\u00ednimos, y para quienes estar\u00e1n destinadas estas viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular del INFONAVIT agreg\u00f3 que en el estado ya se han congelado 166 mil cr\u00e9ditos que fueron otorgados durante el periodo neoliberal donde, adem\u00e1s de cobrarles intereses y capital, se agregaba el aumento al salario m\u00ednimo, volvi\u00e9ndolos impagables. Detall\u00f3 que, del total de cr\u00e9ditos congelados, m\u00e1s de 26 mil derechohabientes ya recibieron beneficios adicionales como la disminuci\u00f3n de tasas de inter\u00e9s, de mensualidades y descuentos a sus saldos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al cr\u00e9dito Mejoravit solo para ti, que sirve para mejoramiento, remodelaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de vivienda, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ya se han otorgado cr\u00e9ditos por un monto de 65 millones de pesos a las familias quintanarroenses. Destac\u00f3 que anteriormente este financiamiento se otorgaba de manera poco transparente, ya que se hac\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de tarjetas y se obligaba a los trabajadores a comprar en determinados comercios, mientras que ahora el recurso se deposita directamente en la cuenta de los beneficiarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ingeniero Romero Oropeza inform\u00f3 que el INFONAVIT implement\u00f3 un programa gratuito de cancelaci\u00f3n de hipotecas para dar certeza jur\u00eddica a las familias sobre su propiedad y detall\u00f3 que el d\u00eda de ayer el Instituto y el gobierno de Quintana Roo firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para que los documentos se entreguen de forma masiva y expedita, sin la intermediaci\u00f3n de notarios y de forma gratuita para los derechohabientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que en esta entidad se ten\u00eda el registro de m\u00e1s de 58 mil trabajadores que ya hab\u00edan pagado su cr\u00e9dito, pero no contaban con su liberaci\u00f3n de hipoteca.
